This free, online resource offers a practical and low-cost approach to the conservation of Buddhist treasures. Emphasizing Risk Assessment and Documentation, all chapters are written in response to questions and illustrated with images shared from monasteries and communities. We have also created many video resources that are free to watch in multiple languages.

At present, the chapters on risk assessment and disaster mitigation have been completed and are being translated pending additional funding. Your support will help make the completion of this resource possible.

Ongoing Preservation Service
We have on-going hands-on conservation projects in remote monasteries and communities. Current projects are in Nepal, India, China and Mongolia. Treasure Caretaker Training works by invitation and each projects is funded separately.
